▎3 TO 1 DUAL WALL HEAT SHRINK CABLE SLEEVING

3:1 heat shrink tubing is made from polyolefin with hot melt adhesive. It offers excellent electrical, chemical and physical properties. When heated and the tubing begins to shrink, the inner adhesive layer begins to melt and flow (similar to hot melt glue). When the tubing has shrunk and cooled, the inner layer forms an adhesion layer between the tubing and the wire or component, providing a protective water-tight seal. It is an excellent way to terminate the ends of your Braided Sleeving, creating a tight, professional finish. The flame retardant jacket of 3:1 heat shrink tubing is in compliance with RoHS, the European directive on the Restriction of Hazardous Substances.

▎HOW TO USE IT?

• 1. First choose the right size tubes, as it is 3:1 heat shrink ratio, and will shrink up to 1/3 of original diameter.

• 2. Wrap the cable wire with the tube, then use a lighter heating if the tube is small or hair dryer, heat guns heating for large one until the wire was wrapped tightly.

• 3. Don't touch the tube until it becomes cool.
